Rooms are allocated in the main House, the annex and the Lodge.

Written confirmation with a 20% deposit or credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure any reservation.

Payment on any card will only be taken upon checking out.

No show: If a guest fails to arrive, or reduce their stay, the credit card will be debited the total amount of the entire booking.

We require cancellation notice of no less than four days prior to arrival to avoid these charges.

Animals: We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate dogs or any other animal in any part of the motel. We can however recommend a very reliable kennel less than a mile from our premises.

Any damage to fixtures and fittings, rooms or property will need to be paid for prior to departure, and if necessary be deducted from credit card.
